We bring you this new edition of the journal with renewed confidence placed on us by the Aerospace Medicine Community, as we bear the weight of the added responsibility of expanding our wings to tread the path of indexing our journal to the next level.
The new editorial team has put together yet another bouquet of thought provoking and stimulating articles on the contemporary and relevant subject that we typically face.
The article on the effects of age and flying experience on cardiac responses during exposure to high G is a riposte to the long-standing concern of the fighter pilot community.
While the COVID-19 pandemic seems to be out of sight, the quality research done during the period needs appreciation. One such questionnaire study finds a place in this journal that highlights its effects on physical activity and sleep in military aircrews.
Sleep and alertness management during continuous wakefulness has been an enduring topic for discussion in aerospace medicine as well as operational communities.
